Dealers useless here too...

As most of the longer term members of the forum know, I bought my Savage in 98 in Mississippi, at the only good metric bike shop I've ever run into. I moved to Memphis TN in 99, and found the dealers there and in the surrounding area to be horrible. Having just moved back to Western Washington a couple weeks ago, I called around to try and get some parts prices here (bike needs brakes before I can license it, let alone take my riding test on it...and I've had a Washington license before, go figure). Anyway, the dealerships I called acted as if the Savage didn't exist. Does anyone in Washington, Oregon or Idaho know of a halfway decent place to get parts??? I have some JC Whitney filters that seem to be okay, but there is no way I'm going to use "hard parts" from them.
Bike is in the barn until I get it licensed. Bike hauler truck and trailer are both for sale. If anyone is interested in either or both, drop me a line...I need the money bad and am willing to negotiate. :-)
Ride safe, see you on the roads this spring.
